French Art Deco Railway Cote d'Azur Travel Poster by Roger
This brilliant French art deco travel poster was created in 1926 by Guillaume Georges Roger (1867-1942). The "A" condition poster depicts an idlyic harbor scene. Produced for the French railway system, the poster is framed in a seamless custom gold leaf frame and measures 42-1/2" x 30-1/4" and 47 x 35 overall. Produced by Lucien Serre & Cie, the poster is signed "Guillaume Roger 1926" in the stone.
