Donald Deskey (1894 – 1989) designed this very rare and iconic table ca. 1932 for the S. Karpen & Bros. Furniture Company of Chicago.  The table, with three discs of American walnut connected by copper plated steel is 20 ½” high and 17 ½” in diameter.  The table is in excellent original condition.  A similar table is in the Norwest Collection at the Minneapolis Institute of Art.
