Pretty nice to find an unusual light, with hard-to-find shades, still in this condition. Normally these lights have opal white or simple frosted shades....but here we have the Art Glass type shades that are often called Puffy after the Pairpoint works glass offerings. The design is actually “puffed” out and then hand colored. Very attractive. Circa 1910 - 1920, it has been restored to fine condition and as can be seen, makes a great statement as to the antiquity of the light. For the photographs, we used low wattage bulbs to take the pictures so the automatic lens would not be blown-out by the strong light. Naturally, when you place normal bulbs into this chandelier, the shades will glow nicely and more warmly. This chandelier has been completely re-wired, with new sockets and all new wire, in our UL listed workshop. Measurements: The overall chandelier height is 31 1/2”. The diameter is 25”, shade tip to shade tip.
